Pranayama Course

This is an intensive course to raise physical and mental capacity to the maximum through:

  • Breathing techniques, both in theory and in practice
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Concentration training
  • Mantras and Chanting
  • Activating Kundalini and Chakras

The course is open to all those who wish to awaken his/her spiritual energy, with or without pre-knowledge of yoga. The precondition for this course is physical fitness and a healthy diet. If you are a heavy smoker or have strong drinking habits, please consult us before you register for this course.
