Regular Yoga Classes
Regular courses are taught in the Integrated Yoga System according to the teaching methods of Swamiji. All aspects of Hatha Yoga practice, including Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Bandhas and Mudras along with Yoga philosophy, Relaxation and Meditation, will be explained. Participation in our regular Yoga classes can improve your flexibility, stamina, strength, health, happiness, concentration and inner strength. Courses are at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
