The program is designed so that everyone can participate. For participants who have never or only occasionally practiced yoga, this course is a wonderful opportunity to experience the essence of yoga closer. For those who already practice yoga, the course offers a very special opportunity to refresh or deepen their knowledge of yoga. Neither pre-knowledge of yoga nor physical fitness are required. Apart from yoga, meditation, mantra chanting and philosophy we also prepare as a highlight delicious Indian food.
